NWLC 2026 COVID Protocol

Northwest Leather Celebration is committed to protecting our staff and attendees from COVID-19 and its variants to the best of our abilities.  To achieve that, NWLC 2026 will require all attendees to present proof of negative Rapid Antigen Self Test aka Home Kit completed within 24 hours prior to checking in onsite, including attendee name and test date.

Attendees who arrive at NWLC 2026 without proof of negative test will not be allowed to attend the conference and registration will not be refunded.

Access to seating is open to attendees who wish to attend the Contest Opening, Stepdown Speeches, or Keynote Speech is included in the cost of your weekend package without having to purchase the meals.

  • Full refund less 15% processing fee available prior to 4/1/2026

  • COVID Refund - Full refund less 15% processing fee available 4/1/2026 to 5/1/2026 with proof of positive COVID-19 PCR test
